Nach einem Studium der Neueren und Neuesten Geschichte, Mittelalterlicher Geschichte und Kommunikationswissenschaften in München und Freiburg / Br. arbeitete Andres zunächst als Journalist.
1990 wechselte er zu EDITOR Consulting & Communication (später A&B ONE) auf die PR-Seite. 1997 gründete er die erste internationale Niederlassung von LEWIS Communications, wo er bis 2003 als Geschäftsführer fungierte. Seit 2003 ist Andres für den Ausbau und das operative Geschäft der europäischen Niederlassungen verantwortlich. Heute leitet er in seiner Funktion 22 Niederlassungen in 12 Ländern.
Er ist hierbei verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards auf Kundenservice-Ebene sowie in allen anderen Business Bereichen. Zusätzlich koordiniert er den Ausbau von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen über alle Grenzen hinweg.

Als Gründer und Unternehmer hat Olav Strawe in den vergangenen 15 Jahren drei Unternehmen gestartet und zum Erfolg geführt. Er ist anerkannter Experte für Call Center, Kundenkommunikation und Sprachverarbeitung. Als Herausgeber der Zeitschrift TeleTalk, dem führenden Magazin für Contact Center im deutschsprachigen Raum hat er maßgeblich an der Entwicklung des Call Center Marktes in Deutschland mitgewirkt. Auf Veranstaltungen spricht er regelmäßig über aktuelle Themen und neue Entwicklungen, die den Markt in Zukunft beeinflussen werden. Er ist zudem Herausgeber des ‚Handbuch Call Center Management’, dem Standardwerk zum Thema Call Center für den deutschsprachigen Raum.
Nach einen Studium der Betriebswirtschaft in Köln und an der Pennsylvania State University in USA war er zuvor mehrere Jahre als Unternehmensberater für Informationssysteme, Datenbankanwendungen und Telekommunikation tätig.

Dr. Johannes Ziegler is co-founder and CEO of Miaplaza Inc., a Silicon Valley start-up that provides customized on-line platforms for internet communities. He is a sought-after speaker and management consultant in the areas of Web 2.0, new forms of media usage, entrepreneurship, and organizational effectiveness.
Under the leadership of Dr. Ziegler, Miaplaza attracted a unique set of first-class software developers from Germany, including six former winners of the German National Computing Competition (Bundeswettbewerb Informatik). Three of the four students who represented Germany at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in 2007 work for miaplaza.
In 2007, Miaplaza started a cooperation with the Munich-based Ippen Group to enable their regional newspapers in Germany to provide a new way of integration of community content. In October 2009, Miaplaza launched the innovative girls-only edutainment platform www.always-icecream.com.
Previously, Dr. Ziegler was the founder and CEO of Synesis Inc., a Silicon Valley based consulting firm with a subsidiary in Heilbronn, Germany. Through his work at Synesis, Dr. Ziegler has helped numerous senior executives in the U.S., Asia, and Europe achieve superior execution in their organizations. Clients include HP, IBM, Intuit, Microsoft, Netscape, Cisco, 3Com, Applied Materials, Atos-Origin, NTT Data, Daimler-Chrysler, and Volkswagen.
Prior to founding Synesis, Dr. Ziegler was a researcher at the Stanford Computer Industry Project where he developed the concept of “Organizational IQ” together with Professor Haim Mendelson and a team of researchers at the Stanford Business School. Their work has earned recognition from the academic world as well as industry practitioners across the globe.
Before his tenure at Stanford University, Dr. Ziegler served as a member of McKinsey & Company’s high-tech management consulting practice, where he worked in different segments of the global communications and technology industry ranging from telecommunications to consumer electronics.
Dr. Ziegler co-authored Survival of the Smartest (John Wiley and Sons, Spring 1999, Japanese 2000, German 2001, Spanish 2004) which outlines the principles of effective organizations in the technology industry and demonstrates their application in case studies of global Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Acer and others.
Dr. Ziegler holds a Ph.D. in business from Augsburg University, and a Diplom in engineering (Technical Cybernetics) from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. A German and a Swiss citizen, he has lived in Europe, Asia, and the US. He currently resides in Truckee, California, with his wife Swenja and their five children.

Franz L. Helbig has extensive venture capital and senior management experience in the U.S., and Europe. Most recently, he was CEO and Managing Director of T-Venture of America, Inc., the U.S. operation of T-Venture, the venture capital unit of Deutsche Telekom, Bonn, Germany. He has also held senior venture capital fund management positions with TIG Technologie Investitions GmbH and with the Matuschka Group, both in Berlin, and with Churchill International, San Francisco, a multinational venture fund. Franz has also been a member of the board of directors of many portfolio companies from initial investment to exit.
His corporate management experience includes Johnson & Johnson, Esso International and General Motors Overseas Corporation. Franz also founded and managed an international pharmaceutical marketing business and his own consulting firm focusing on national and international market development and investment strategies for technology and consumer products corporations.
In addition, he worked with SRI (Stanford Research International) at its Economic Competitiveness Group as an investment advisor to major international economic development projects in Mexico, China, Slovakia and Slovenia. Franz holds a B.B.A. degree from Texas Technological University and Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in both Economics and Political Science. He is fluent in German, English and Dutch.

Frank Wagner ist seit 17 Jahren international als Senior Executive in Banking und non-Banking Unternehmen der Finanzbranche tätig und hat ein Studium zum MBA und eine Ausbildung zum BBA - Energie Manager absolviert. Seine Berufserfahrung umfasst Wertpapiergeschäft, M&A, Corporate Finance und Projektfinanzierung in der Finanz-, Energie- und Transportwirtschaft.
In der vierjährigen Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführers eines deutschen Wertpapierhandelshauses, das der Aufsicht des Bundesaufsichtsamtes für Kreditwesen unterliegt war er für die Betreuung von über zwanzig KMUs in Kapitalmaßnahmen wie Börsen-Listungen, IPOs, DPOs und Mezzaninen Kapital inklusive der Unternehmensanalysen, Businesspläne und der Verkaufsprospekte verantwortlich.
Während der siebenjährigen Beratungszeit in der Kraftwerksbranche hat er das Handwerk des M&A erlernt. Dabei lag das Hauptaugenmerk auf der Privatisierung von Kraftwerken in den neuen Bundesländern. In Polen wurde eine Kraftwerksgruppe mit zehn Wärmekraftwerken analysiert und die Kaufmodalitäten erarbeitet.
In den vergangenen sechs Jahren hat Frank Wagner in der Gulf Region im Bereich Project Development gewirkt. Schwerpunkte waren dabei Kraftwerks-, Zug- und Entsorgungsprojekte in Saudi Arabien und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten. Weiterhin hat er in dieser Zeit Mandate für den Unternehmenstransfer von Gesellschaften der Finanz- Medien und Energiebranche durchgeführt. Die betreuten Projekte und verhandelten Unternehmenskäufe waren in der Größenordnung mehrerer zehn bis hundert Millionen Euro.
